The smallest is the strongest!

To put light where the cyclist really needs it for a safe ride was the goal in the development of the new LUMOTEC IQ Cyo, an LED headlight with the special IQ lighting technology.

The enormous brightness of IQ headlights made the field directly in front of the bike appear very dark, although it is brighter than with halogen lights. The LUMOTEC IQ Cyo also offers optimised close-range illumination. The near field describes the area from approx. 1-4 m in front of the bicycle. So far, this area has remained more or less dark with all available headlamps, which have their brightest point at a distance of approx. 10 m.

The LUMOTEC IQ Cyo is only available with electronic parking light as standard, which can be switched off via the integrated rotary switch, after all it should not show potential bicycle thieves the way. The LUMOTEC IQ Cyo is available both with integrated front reflector (which is mandatory on bicycles in Germany) with close-range illumination up to 40 lux, and in the sports version with clear glass design, without front reflector, up to 70 lux.
