How can I order?
To add items to your shopping cart
It's so easy to order that we don't think you'll need any instructions but here they are, just in case. Find the item(s) you wish to order. If necessary, choose a size on the right hand side of the item picture. Once you are happy you've selected the right option, click the ADD TO CART button. Another window will pop up offering the following options: CONTINUE SHOPPING and VIEW CART. If you'd like to go on shopping or keep browsing, click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button, otherwise click VIEW CART. In the latter case, you will be taken to your shopping cart and get an overview of all products contained therein. You can remove individual items from your cart by clicking on the bin icon to the right of the product concerned. To clear the whole shopping cart, click CLEAR SHOPPING CART. To alter the quantity, simply revise the quantity and click UPDATE SHOPPING CART. You can see the delivery time of your order below the list of products contained in you shopping cart. Right below the shopping cart icon you can check whether you are eligible for free shipping or whether your order falls short of the minimum order value required for your destination country. Once, everything comes up to your expectations, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
To alter the contents of your shopping cart
You can remove individual items from your cart by clicking on the bin icon to the right of the product concerned. To clear the whole shopping cart, click CLEAR SHOPPING CART. To alter the quantity, simply revise the quantity and click UPDATE SHOPPING CART.
To check out, click on PROCEED to CHECKOUT.
To check the contents of your shopping cart
To check the contents of your shopping cart and the total costs at any given time, simply click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
To checkout, click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button on the shopping cart page. Either log in with your email address and password or enter your billing address. Check the checkbox to the left of "Create an account for later use" if you wish to set up a customer account. If not, leave it unchecked. As a registered customer you can log into your customer account and check on the progress of your order online. As a guest, you don't have this option. However, we will, of course, keep you posted on the status of your order by email so that you know at any given time whether your order is still being processed or has already been shipped. If the delivery of your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will inform you immediately.
If the invoice address does not correspond to the delivery address, uncheck the box next to "Ship to the same address" and enter the delivery address.
Let's assume that you place your order in our UK store but wish to have it delivered to the USA. In this case, the shipping costs will increase but the price of the goods will decrease. Orders shipped to non-EU countries are exempt from our German VAT. This tax is deducted automatically for orders shipped to non-EU countries (e.g.Switzerland, USA, Brazil, etc.).
After you have entered your billing and delivery address, select a shipping method (DHL, UPS). DHL is our standard logistics partner. All delivery times output during the ordering process apply to DHL. Of course, you can also select UPS as shipping method. Shipping costs and times depend on the destination country, the amount invoiced and your preferred method of payment.
On the product page, the delivery time of a product is output to the right of the product picture. If your shopping cart contains products with different delivery times, you will see the estimated delivery time of your order on the checkout page.

After you have selected a delivery method and entered an invoice address and if necessary a separate delivery address, you must merely choose your preferred method of payment. You can choose among Amazon Payments*), PayPal, credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard) and EU standard bank transfer.

If you possess any promotional code, please click on "Coupon code available?" and enter the code in the field provided. The coupon value will be deducted from the amount invoiced automatically. If you'd like to add a note about your order, click on "Add a comment". Afterwards, click on BUY NOW to complete your order. That's it!
After you have placed your order successfully, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you selected "EU standard bank transfer" as method of payment, the order confirmation also contains our bank details apart from a summary of your order. Please transfer the amount invoiced to the bank account specified by referring to your order number (e.g. F24DE20012345, VELEN90001234, etc.)
