In 1910, John Boultbee Brooks patented a further development on his backpacks and shoulder bags. Both patents related to improved weight distribution and stability while cycling. Taking these smart solutions into account, we developed the Barbican, which has a shoulder strap that expands into a hip belt for added stability.
