Jagwire LEX-SL shift cable outer (4mm x 10m | pink)

Jagwire shift cable outer shells are the first choice of many major bicycle manufacturers all over the world. The outer cable sleeves made of lead-free PVC meet all international standards in terms of material quality and chemical composition.

In addition to a wide range of colours, the Jagwire outer cable sleeves are available in two different quality levels.

• LEX: The standard quality LEX consists of a two-piece sheath for maximum resistance, linear strands of steel and a liner (non-lubricated)
• LEX-SL: In addition to the properties of the LEX outer sheaths, the LEX-SL are equipped with a Slick-Lube liner. Slick-Lube is a lubricant which is incorporated into the liner over the entire length of the outer casing and noticeably reduces the friction of the inner cable. For an even better and long lasting performance we recommend the use of Hooded Endcaps item no. 180.14.012 and 180.14.013 in heavily soiled areas.
