Jagwire knows wire very well - that's why this term is part of our company name. Our pre-stretched and lubricated inner cables are manufactured to the highest industry standards. The result is flawless performance over countless bike kilometres, always accompanied by outstanding durability and reliability.

Internal cables from Jagwire are available with three types of surface treatment:

- Standard: Plain, but high-quality cables made from spiral-wound steel strands

- Ground: The cables go through a special grinding device that removes all roughness. The result is a supple, smooth surface

- Teflon® coated: The ground pull is additionally coated with a Teflon coating. This coated surface leads to 30% less friction and guarantees precise and reliable shifting or braking performance at all times
