The 790 Pilot replaces the 789 head tube fairing cutter with the HTR-1 head tube cutter. The 790 is used with the 690-XXL facing cutter and the #750.2 centring cone adapter. The tool allows facing of head tubes with an inside diameter of 55.95 - 55.90mm ("Inside" 1-1/2" ZS standard).
