Our popular and versatile head screwdrivers feature our proven "Y" head design, and all head screwdriver openings are laser cut to ensure a tight, accurate fit. After heat treatment, computer-controlled high-voltage laser technology is used to achieve precise sizing. Waiting until the spanner is heat treated eliminates shrinkage and expansion of the steel after the spanner is calibrated. It takes longer and costs more, but the extra effort is worth it.
