XLC Comp Head Set HS-S03

This waterproof 6-piece headset is made of aluminium and equipped with a high-quality cartridge bearing. This headset is compatible with 1" threaded forks, a cone of 26.4mm diameter and a frame dimension of 30mm.

Cartridge or cartridge bearings are the most commonly used bearing types on bicycles today. Here, the manufacturer inserts all the necessary rolling bearings into a so-called cartridge, adjusts and presses them together. This protects the bearings well from dust and dirt and the bearings do not need to be adjusted during assembly. They are therefore absolutely maintenance-free.
