XLC CR-A03 Chain tensioner

XLC chain tensioner CR-A03

Designed for single-speed hubs, the XLC CR-A03 chain tensioner is made of black aluminum and fits 16-20 teeth with derailleur hanger mounts. The chain tensioner helps prevent the rear wheel from automatically advancing and thus reduces the pressure on the chain. The chain tensioner CR-A03 has a chain line of 32mm (6-38mm) and C-C of 68mm. The XLC chain tensioner is not suitable for bicycles with back pedals, e.g. children's bicycles, since these parts have to be attached to the bicycle in the same place.
